The Executive Director of the Back to Hope Foundation is responsible for overseeing the overall vision, strategy, and operations of the organization. This leadership role requires a commitment to the foundation’s mission of empowering youth and amplifying non-profits through documentary storytelling. The Executive Director ensures effective program execution, financial sustainability, and community impact while leading staff, engaging stakeholders, and fostering organizational growth.The Executive Director is the driving force behind the Back to Hope Foundation, ensuring that the organization continues to inspire, equip, and uplift youth while supporting non-profits through impactful documentary storytelling. We provide a voice to other non profits to identify who they are , what they do and the impact they provide to their community. Through leadership, innovation, and dedication, the Executive Director fosters a sustainable and thriving foundation that makes a meaningful difference in the community.
